And be it-fitrt/zer enacted; That every Cotfnty Commissioner who'is, or may he appointed by virtue'of this act, shall be allowed the sum of two dollars pet'riny for every day he may necessarily at tend/in the discharge of his duty, which sums respectively may be allowed him; Provided, the time chained shall not exceed' six divs annually, to'be paid out of the monies collected by virtue of this act.
