Excerpt: ...proceeded to declare the trusts of the personalty, and then proceeded as follows: "And this indenture also witnesseth, that in pursuance of the said recited agreement in this behalf, and in consideration of the said intended marriage, and also in consideration of the settlement herein-rj2 before made of the" before-mentioned funds, the intended husband, "for himself, his heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby covenants and agrees with the said" trustees, "their executors, administrators, and assigns, that all the estate and effects whatsoever, both real and personal, of which the said" intended wife "is now seised or possessed, or of which she shall hereafter become seised or possessed, either" under the settlement of her father and mother, her grandfather's will, "or by any other will or settlement, or by descent, representation, or by any other means whatsoever, shall be assured and settled, and that the said" intended husband "will do and execute, or concur in doing and executing, all such acts and deeds whatsoever as the said" trustees or their counsel "shall reasonably advise and require for assuring and settling the same" upon the trusts thereinafter contained; that was to say, in trust for such persons, and for such estates, and in such shares, manner, or form, and for such purposes, as Charlotte Ann Abdy at any time during her life, by deed or will, should, notwithstanding coverture, appoint.
