Latin American Markets : A Guide to Company and Industry Information Sources/1993-1994
A reference providing sources of information in the US and in virtually all large and small, developed and emerging Latin American countries on topics such as markets, companies, economic and political situations, regulations affecting business, statistics, business customs, services and incentives for exporters and importers, agriculture, and travel risks. The volume is divided into three parts, the first two covering sources that pertain to all of Latin America or to more than one country. Part One describes the information resources of organizations, with chapters on US federal and state government agencies; international organizations; and private sector organizations such as banks, chambers of commerce, and research firms. Part Two covers databases and publications such as directories, indexes, and periodicals. Part Three provides sources of information for 14 individual countries (selected as top markets for US products and top competitors for US industries), as well as selected sources of information for other Latin American markets.
