Kulachi, Kulache or Kolachi is a Baloch tribe that originated from Kulanch, Makran, Balochistan, Pakistan. The Kolachi tribe is settled in the provinces of Sindh (in Ghotki District and Larkana District), the Punjab (in Dera Ghazi Khan District) and Balochistan (in Sibi District). Karachi city was named after Kolachi tribe as Kolachi-jo-Goth, who were main inbabitants of the village centuries ago. Kulachi is a major tribe of Baloch Tribal system in D.I.KHAN. They speak siraiki language. Kulachi tribe traces back its roots to Rind Baloch who migrated from Balochistan. They founded Dera Fateh Khan Kulachi and ruled the area till lost their control and dispersed to other areas of Derajat. Kulachi city in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa still bears name of the tribe.show more
