Description

Walter "Kore" Unevan was created in a lab. He is genetically modified to have the peak level of human intelligence. He is so much more than human with the colonies of nanites that swarm over his body at all times, cybernetically catapulting him into super human levels of ability. Walter was born into a lab, and since his birth has been tested every day of his life. He pushes forward, learning everything that he can with his staggering mental powers. He has learned through the years that he was not the first subject in this program. He has learned that previous subjects have been terminated due to mental instability. As Walter begins to come of age, and he finds himself needing better answers as to why he is in captivity, and what future he has to look forward to, the walls of his home begin to close in on him. He reaches out to the only father figures that he has ever known, General Montgomery Hugh and Doctor Cornelius Gregory. Walter discovers that not everything in his life is as it seems, and not everyone who offers him friendship is his friend.show more

About Jerry D Thompson Jr

Originally born in Oregon, Jerry has spent most of his life in Pennsylvania. He is an avid gamer, mostly table top games, and enjoys reading. He began writing earlier in his life, and has been careful to keep most of his original works in good order. He has applied to a few publishing firms to attempt to break out as a writer. Jerry has worked primarily in retail to pay the bills, and tries to apply what he has learned through life to what he writes. He is married to the woman he loves, and is surrounded by a very caring group of friends. Everyone has been very supportive of Jerry's efforts to move forward with his writing career. Jerry discovered CreateSpace in December as a possible way to get his work off of the ground, and has made efforts to bring one of his older works to publication. If he succeeds in his endeavor, he intends to bring more of his works to the world at large.show more
