Joshua Smith Fogg (born December 13, 1976 in Lynn, Massachusetts) is a Major League Baseball relief pitcher in free agency. He played college baseball at the University of Florida and was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in the third round of the 1998 Major League Baseball Draft. He made his major league pitching debut on September 2, 2001. He was traded to the Pittsburgh Pirates in December of that year for pitcher Todd Ritchie. He signed with the Colorado Rockies prior to the 2006 season. His nickname is the "Dragon Slayer." The most impressive start of Fogg's career came on June 30, 2006, against the Seattle Mariners at Safeco Field in Seattle, Washington. While pitching for the Rockies, Fogg threw a two-hit complete game shutout while facing the minimum 27 batters.
