Even if you are not suffering from Celiac disease, but is looking into changing your diet and be Gluten-Free, this book is a good read. It gives heaps of information not only with regards to the disease, but also on the diet that everyone can adopt, for a better and healthier lifestyle. To top it all, what I love best is the recipes that are also included. Kudos to Jennifer and thank you for sharing!!!show more
