Dame Darcy has been called one of the most beguiling artists on the comics scene and has spent more than ten years casting spells over readers with her unique and alluring neo-victorian illustration style. Creator of the original comic series Meat Cake, her work has been reviewed by The New York Times, the Comics Journal, Jane, Spin, and Paper magazines, and has appeared in BUST, Jelouse, and L. A. Weekly among others. She lives in Los Angeles, California.
