Kyle meets Lianne at a jade showing. His brother Archer has asked him to introduce himself to Lianne. He had noticed Lianne watching Kyle at previous events. When Kyle sees Lianne, he is instantly intrigued. He introduces himself to her and he's asks her opinion on some exhibits on show. Lianne is keeping an eye on some of the exhibits as she believes them to belong to her grandfather and she is worried because she knows he would never sell them. Lianne was asked by her father to introduce herself to Kyle, why he never said. Lianne is worried for her safety because she has seen this man following her. Kyle notices this and when he gets a chance he and Lianne escape outside to see if he follows them. Kyle makes a trade with Lianne, he will be her stuffed elephant for protection if she will teach him about Jade. When Lianne gets arrested the first person she called is Kyle. He arrives and brings her back to the family apartments. It is here she meets Archer and realises Kyle had other reasons for getting to know her. She needs to convince Archer she has not stolen the artifacts reported missing by her grandfather. But with all fingers pointing at her and no one in her family supporting her, she has no support. Kyle knows Lianne is innocent and he is determined to get her name cleared. He also has the added task of gaining back Lianne's trust now that she knows he lied to her.show more
