Jack Horse Volume I Never Perish
Jack Horse Volume I Never Perish derives from a prehistoric myth (in dress of modern fiction) recounting the beginning of the Indo-European invasions of Northwestern Europe. The tale is sprinkled with Postmodern Evolutionary thought. That, in the sense that the story turns cultural evolutionary theory on its head, portraying a culture and society whose similarities are obvious and whose differences astonishing. That's the gist of it, the heart. But the narrator doesn't dwell on theories, nor take morbid satisfaction in a mythological tale of woe, but rather presents a matter-of-fact story whose consequences only appear to bear more directly upon those whose lives were immediately imperiled. The Indo-European invasions represent the first and only true cultural revolution, typified by the use of Evangelization by Force, which transformed the world of the dispersed societies of Northwestern Europeans from sanguine innocence of benign matriarchal social groups to the fascism of Patriarchal cultural norms.
