We love strength training and that is the theme of this book: our lifetime love of strength training. We focus on things like how we got started, what we believe, what shaped our beliefs, who influenced us the most, our hardest workouts ever and how good strength training makes us feel. We wanted a book that would show the passion and joy of training but also teach the reader at the same time. We did not want a scientific journal but an "in the trenches" field guide.
