A second volume of healthy, invigorating recipes! We are excited to bring you the second volume of our healthy cookbook, the invigorated menu! Our first cookbook (Volume 1) was such a success, and we love hearing the stories about people eating healthier, trying new menu items and serving nutritious meals that the whole family will eat (and love). We are proud to deliver another collection of healthy recipes that complement the 16 week wellness and anti-aging program, invigoratedlife. We know you have a shelf full of cookbooks, with only one or two recipes you like in each, but this cookbook is different. Our goal is for you to have this cookbook IN your kitchen and not on a shelf. We want you to get sauce on its pages, earmark your favorite recipes and write notes in the margins. This cookbook is about using what you have, eating what you like and finding something new to get excited about.
