The directors recommend a dividend at the rate of 6 per cent. per annum, free of income-tax, leaving to be carried forward 7,776. BANK OF NEW ZEALAND.--The directors announce that an interim dividend at the rate of 5 per cent. (3s 4d r share) is payable on january 14th. The directors have receive advice that by Order in Council, dated December 7th, the Assets Realisation Board was dissolved on the 17th inst. BANK OF BOUMIANIA.-The directors have decided to declare an interim dividend of 6s per share, tree of English income-tax, payable on january ist. BANK OF TOBONTO.The report to November 30th last states that the net profits for the year amounted to $544,295. and $483,945 was received from premiums on new stock. Addingthe balance of $109,046 brought forward, there was a balance of $1,137,287. Out of this dividend declared absorbed $370,293; $10.000 was transferred to oflicers' pension fund, $100,000 written off bank premises, $100,000 transferred to rest account from profit and loss account, and $483,945 transferred to rest account from premium on new stock, leaving 873,048 to be carried forward.
