Each tent is divided into two rooms by a canvas wall in the center. Each room is equipped with a double bed, wash-stand, chair. electric light, and electric heater. The lobby of the Inn is 150 by 150 feet with a ridge-pole 78 feet above the floor. It is of a polished wood finish of Alaska pine taken from a silver forest near the Inn. A number of chairs and tables in the room are made of the same wood, which takes a fine polish. The dining room is finished in the same style. It is 100 by 50 feet. and has seating capacityof 264. A. J. Lister, the manager. said that from the middle of July to the middle of August the dining room was filled three and four times a meal. An addition of 85 rooms: 50 with bath, is being built this year, and will be ready for use next season. Next year a stone tower containing forty rooms with bath will be built, connecting the main building with the addition being built now. At the same time an exact duplicate of this year's addition will be built on the other side of the tower. This will make the completed building in the shape of an H. The following year it is planned to place another addition on the fourth side of the tower. extending out to the bluffs and affording a grand view of Paradise Valley. This will contain 140 rooms, all with bath. In 1923 the visitor to Paradise Inn will find a 395-room hotel with 287 baths. Besides, there will still be the tents for the crowds that may come.
