Description

Not even a mother's unconditional love can stop the madness that is going to take place. For many years Leslie has managed to keep her son Julian away from the horrifying truth, which will now follow him for the rest of his life. Julian's grandmother Ruth was the first one to notice the yellow ring around Julian's eye when he was born. Sad and disturbed to have this phenomenon reoccur in the family after two generations, Ruth recounts to Leslie the terrible ordeal that had taken place in the distant past and tries to offer her advice on how to start preparing for the worst. In denial and rejecting the advice, Leslie disowns her mother and doesn't speak to her for many years. The journey that lies ahead will challenge young Julian's independence; it will either prepare him for his supernatural future or defeat him by through the beastly source within him.
