About Alicia Watson

Born in Sydney, it only took a few short years for my family to settle in sunny Qld where I have lived ever since. With a very traditional, family oriented upbringing, reading and writing was wholeheartedly encouraged by my teacher mother, Navy Officer father and two sisters. Throughout my school life I loved English and History and managed to catch the travel bug after a Study Tour to China. Over the years I have travelled through most of Australia, the UK and some of Europe. When I'm not travelling or writing, I am busy making people beautiful as a hairdresser, enjoying time with family and friends, imagining what my next story is going to be.
