John and Maria with three children had arrived recently to New Jersey through Newark airport. First of all, the couple had needed and overall to pay cost of living and a job to sustain for it. So he had looked around local area to find a find job, however, he knew he had many difficulties, because he was unable to understanding English and no job experiences, so finding a job was not easy to do get it. One day of month of July, he had notice that K company had called home in order to notify to John, and he knew he was hired by "Colgate Palmolive Company." The Company had been manufacturing dental cream, and soap. Thus, the couple was extremely happy about getting job with children. They were very jubilant. Meanwhile, Maria had been also hired at a Korean American supermarket for a cashier position, thus, they were stabling at their family. So their daily life was getting busier and children were growing healthy, they felt life of immigration was not hard to overcome many obstacles. What they needed right now was a car, they had had much more pain than they had expected. They thought life without car was just like hell. Thus, the couple had bought a used car from dealership. After they had had a vehicle, John was looking for second job, which was a small business, as it was, he had started selling wigs on weekend so the business was being sold very well. So had tried to learn the business and he thought the way of business for having experiences was this was it. On the other hand, he wanted to have clothing business. While he had had both job, he had been searching for a empty store to do the business. For first a few months, his wife Maria including three children were trying to return to Korea, because she did not like America, and they had not had relatives, friends, and intimated neighbors, hence she felt going back to Korea would be comfortable. John had attempted to persuade her to stop her will and urged her to change her mind. And telling to her was to stay with them. Finally, she had decided not to go to Korea and told him she would not return to Seoul. It turned out all fight, and she did not go there. John at last had found emptied store, which had been the suits and garments store, hence John had called the landlord and made appointment, because he needed lease, price of rent, and other necessary information. On the other hand, Anna had been attending piano school to be a pianist, on the other hand, John had a big traffic accident in the intersection and passed away, because ambulance picked him up and went to the hospital, and then died there. John and Maria had had enough saving for many years and some amount of credit, cash from bank. After more than fifteen years, he graduated college and started working from father's store and after several years Tom whom he was second son, was hired by personnel department. The business had been very active since his father had passed away, also booming, hence, Mike as the chief executive ordered hiring new people and build up staff members, and innovative management, since then whole business had begun to revive. The CEO had been paying attention and emphasized cooperation among staffs to new employee. The Eagle Fashion Company had become very large company world wide and net income was three billion dollars a year. Employee had been thousand members. His mother was also deceased at age ninety years old and he was retired after sold all assets. He had twenty billion dollars in total assets.show more
