Idiosyncrasy is a collection of four poetry books written by Gabriel B. McBride over the period of his life, the works encompass more than two decades of his poetry. From his teenage years into his thirties, the four books span different interests and growth in his poetic verse. Spanning across many themes, from a broken heart to death, from the strange to politics, he develops a unique style. Each book was color coded and was originally known by its own color, red, violet, green, and black.

Gabriel B. McBride, a.k.a. greyeyesgabriel, resides on beautiful Lake Palestine south of Chandler, Texas in the piney woods region of East Texas. He has been writing poetry since 1990, and has a passion for writing. He has had several poems published in the United States and the United Kingdom; and has received several awards from entries in various poetry contests.
