From his early years, Ed Palasz had a life filled with adventure. His parents died in a flu epidemic, and he was placed in an orphanage and then foster care. Through this experience, Ed learned to be resourceful under harsh circumstances, which is what he faced when he left the foster home at fifteen. After hitchhiking across America, Ed finally found a home in the Merchant Marines. Then there was the moment of finally meeting the girl of his dreams, quite by accident. Ed Palasz speaks from his heart when he tells it all in "I Remember."
