I read this book and liked it a lot. I think it is for 8 years old and up. It is a James Bond book in the Young Bond series. Charlie Higson is the auther, a well-known writer of sceenplays. James Bond ends up on a Caribbean island. There criminals hide, with no worry about past crimes that they committed because there are no laws or police.
