Human Resource Management : Readings and Exercises
The HRM readings and exercises CD-ROM was developed to be used in conjunction with existing HRM textbooks and to enhance the HRM classroom learning experience. This is a virtual textbook, delivered on CD-ROM, which contains readings and exercises in Human Resource Management (HRM). The materials can be read on screen or printed by students using Adobe Acrobat 3.0 or later. The exercises are designed to have students learn by doing HRM activities and analyzing HRM situations. In addition to the knowledge gained, the readings and discussion questions will give students an opportunity to explore topics further and to share ideas on the subject matter with their classmates. Instructors will benefit from the ready-to-use exercises, which will give them an opportunity to engage their class immediately in hands-on practical experiences- without having to spend valuable time developing activities.
