Hugh Kerr Anderson FRS (6 July 1865 - 2 November 1928) was a British physiologist, and educator. He served as Master of Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge 1912 to 1928. He was the Chairman of the Cambridge University Press in 1918. He was elected Fellow of the Royal Society, in 1907. A monument to him is in the Gonville and Caius College Chapel. He is buried at Ascension Parish Burial Ground, Cambridge. His papers are held at Janus Library, Cambridge. He is depicted as a character in the film Chariots of Fire.show more
