Our customer reviews
Just reading this book made me smile, the advice is so simple it almost seems TOO obvious! Yet it is the simple things we neglect to do everyday. I love that this is a book of action that to benefit from it you have to go out there and try it. Initially I didn't realise it was written in 1937 so some of the examples are outdated but still relevant. The fact that it has stood the test of time and challenges the reader to test the methods for yourself is proof of its effectiveness. The results are almost instant. Enjoy :o)show more
