How Pornography Harms paints a complete picture of who uses today's pornography, to what effect, and how it compares to the use of previous generations. Citing the latest studies, interviews with prominent authors on the topic, and drawing from interviews with people whose lives have been affected, Dr. John Foubert exposes the devastating impact of porn. Dr. Foubert explores the effects of pornography on the brain, the spirit, the individual, men, women, teenagers, relationships, and its connection to sexual violence. The author ends with a chapter on how to recover from addictive pornography use, making it an important resource for counselors, parents, clergy, clinicians, and their clients.
