About Steve a Daily

Steve Daily, MS is a psychologist who has developed and taught a parenting class titled, Mindful Parenting with Love and Strength. Since he was in graduate school, he's had a special interest in parenting. He believes it can be a tool that can prevent some types of mental illness. He taught his first parenting class during his psychology internship. He has taught a number of parenting classes in the community over the years. Mr. Daily is in private practice and specializes in doing DBT therapy with persons who attempt suicide and self-mutilate in an effort to regulate their emotions. He learned about mindfulness through his work, and has found it personally beneficial to himself as well as to his clients. He hopes that his book can empower parents to learn and teach skills to improve their lives and the lives of their children.
