I found this very useful, It has lots of sound practical advice and is very accessible, with exercises you can do at home before you step back in to a car There are lots of personal anecdotes which make you realise that you are not alone. And the author's writing style is really warm, supportive and encouraging. It has definitely helped me and would recommend it to more
