About Zachariah Ballinger

Zachariah Ballinger graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2004 with a B.S. in Marketing. Upon completing his degree, he interviewed with a few companies before accepting a job. He quickly grew miserable in his job and began the quest to find a career. After having his resume revamped, Zachariah began interviewing with multiple companies, but never got past the job interview phase. He was compelled to find out what he was doing wrong on job interviews. "How do I get past the Hot Seat?" After extensive research, hundreds of interviews with more than 50 companies, and 11 years in the industry, Zachariah gathered all his valuable knowledge to help others in "The Hot Seat."
