Yum.' -- Farrah Storr Women's Health 'With over 130 recipes, you and your family will never get bored or go hungry. From angelic mince pies to quick lunches to hangover cures, Honestly Healthy for Life recipes are refreshingly down to earth and practical.' -- Anna Hunter Get The Gloss "After the success and feedback from their first book, Natasha and Vicki have now released Honestly Healthy For Life. This book incorporates eating alkaline in all areas of life, such as at BBQs, birthday parties and Christmas. They have also transformed some wickedly-devlish desserts into guilt-free sweet treats..." Daily Express Online 'New recipe book from alkaline eating gurus Natasha Corrett and Vicki Edgson which has an amazing salad recipe mixing peach, rocket, feta and butternut squash.
