About Caspar W. Weinberger

CASPAR WEINBERGER was Secretary of Defense in the Reagan Administration from 1981-1987. He passed away in 2006. WYNTON C. HALL is an award-winning presidential scholar and speechwriter. He is the co-author, along with President Ronald Reagan's chief political strategist and pollster, Dick Wirthlin, of "The Greatest Communicator: What Ronald Reagan Taught Me about Politics, Leadership, and Life."show more
