Review quote

This 424-page book was compiled from Osprey Publishing's archives. Editor Chris McNab has done an excellent job of drawing from what must have been a mountain-high pile of possible material to create a very readable, illuminating and invaluable reference text ... Anyone interested in the history of WWII would enrich their library by acquiring this rather comprehensive book, especially hobbyists seeking inspirations for model figure and armor projects or toy soldier collectors building diorama scenarios. Toy Soldier & Model Figure (August 2013) Mr. McNab has done a remarkable job condensing this huge task into an informative and useable book. I highly recommend it! Frederick Boucher, AeroScale [A] sturdy volume... a good book for World War II collections. Library Journal (October 1, 2011)"show more
