That a condensed summary of such Accounts be printed, and a Copy sent to every Shareholder. That a dividend be declared on the Capital of the Company out of the profits of the last year, after the rate of 7 10s. 0d. per cent. per annum, free from Income-tax, being,5' I 2s. 6d. on each Original Share, and 16s. 1o%d. on each A Share, upon which 11 5s. 0d. was paid up previously to the 31st December last.
