Christopher and Alice, whom he had by Ursula Sandwich, daughter to Robert Sandwich, of this city, brewer j smd Thomas, whom he had by the famj Anne, and daughter to Robert Ellerker, of Thoukhorpe, Gent-being in their time, for good hospitality and other laudable parts, a credit and ornament to this city. Here lyeth the body of Robert Askwith, late alderman, and twice lord mayor of this citty, borne atpotgrange, who dyed in the 67 yere of his age, and on the 18th day of August, August, 1597, 'cavinS behind him four fons and two daughters, viz.
