Our customer reviews

After watching the documentary, "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead", I decided to get back into juicing again for my health. I believe that this book is the definitive tome on juicing. It covers all fruits and vegetables, even some not mentioned in other juicing books. It's a wonderful collection of case histories, anecdotes, scientific data and personal experiences of the author concerning his successes with various ailments and juicing. He covers it all. Each food has a description, nutritional data, therapeutic benefits and method of preparation. There are also recipes and a good source of product suppliers and manufacturers. The documentary will get you motivated and this book will tell you how.show more
