Each short chapter will describe a famous insect hatch important to fly-fisherman. What makes this hatch a special angling experience? What fly patterns has it inspired? What is the story behind how some of the most famous flies came to be conceived? Each chapter will also feature color photos that graphically capture the spirit of the hatch-landscapes, insects, and/or flies. The following famed hatches are likely to be included in the book. There will also be at least one large landscape photo of each river, smaller photos of the insects and the flies it inspired, and a brief bio and photo of the principal interview for the chapter.
