Wheeler, Jr., '18, of Yonkers, N. Y., will sail on the "Espagne" if their applications are accepted. The term of service in every case is six months. PERMISSION TO CARRY ARMS A bill, giving college military organizations the right to carry arms and parade with them in public, has been presented to the Massachusetts Legislature. The committee to which the bill was referred has reported favorably on it, and it has passed the House. There is every reason to expect that it will soon pass the Senate also and be signed by the governor. CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY The Harvard Co-operative Society reports that in the six months from July I to December 31, 1915, its business increased more than $15,000 over that for the same period of 1914. The total sales for the past six months amounted to about $230,000.
