Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Harald Christian Strand Nilsen (born May 7, 1971 in Gj vik) is a retired Norwegian alpine skier. The all rounder won one World Cup Race during his active career, namely the Giant Slalom in Yongpyong, South Corea in 1995. At the end of the season he made second place in the Giant Slalom World Cup behind Alberto Tomba of Italy. The 10th place in the overall Alpine skiing World Cup was to become his best classification in any year. In the following years Strand Nilsen specialized in Slalom skiing and regularly managed to be among the top 15 in World Cup races. However, he would never quite tie in with his earlier successes of 1994 and 1995.
