DR. KYOUNG IL KIM is a member of the AMPS/PCS Systems Engineering Department at Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies, Inc. He is responsible for various technical analyses and simulations work designed to deepen understanding of IS-95 based CDMA systems, and improve their performance. During initial IS-95 standards development, he represented Lucent Technologies (formerly AT&T) at Telecommunications Industry Association standards meetings.
