Explain "Himself the gate." Read John 10: 7, 9. Explain the difference between giving and sharing. Explain "Summer's long siege at last is o'er." The teacher will find very helpful material for the study of this poem in the Copley prints representing the quest of the Holy Grail, Longfellow's "King Robert of Sicily," and Tennyson's "Sir Galahad." Any one or all of the foregoing may be used with profit in this study.
