There is one feature of the car question that we have not seen mentioned in the reciprocal demurrage bills now pending in the legislature of the difierent states. No provision is made for fining the railroad companies for delaying cars of grain at terminals when consignments are received by a commission man, and are sold and ordered delivered to buyers. Cars of grain ot to be delivered within a ieasonable length of time, not to exceed five days.--R. D. & 5.
