Heath appointed the following comitee on nominations: F. M. Sheffield, F. V. Kinde, John VVeaver. After some discussion the matter of establishing a new grade of Red Kidney Beans was referred to the Board of Directors. ' The President appointed the following comitee to take up the matter of an exhibit at the Jamestown exposition: G. F. gllllgltiendiiiger, S. M. Isbell, F. M. Shef e. E. V. Burkhart, Chairman, reported as follows for the Arbitration Comitee: REPORT OF ARBITRATION COMITE. As chairman of the Arbitration Comite I beg leave to submit the following report of the work done by the Comlte. The Comite has had (our meetings for the disposal of contested claims, amounting approx mate!' to $1,000. There is still in our hands or settlement three claims which I ex ect to adjust at this meeting. There has een one appeal from the findings of the Comite to the Board of Directors. This claim was finally com romised and settled to the entire satisaction of all parties concerned. As chairman oi.' this Comite I have issued 160 inspection certificates. for which I have received 81 each. and have turned the same over to the Secretary. The correspondence connected with this ofllce has been unusually large for the past year covering all phases of the bean business, not only from our members but from the job bing trade generally. E.
