Description

Everything flows towards Port Ramon. Ships and commerce, certainly, but also people. Drawn irresistibly from the four corners of the world of Haven, seeking fame, fortune, or power. In a city this big, there is something for all kinds of people. There are even things for the kinds that aren't people . . . Gossamer is one of the quickest, smallest and most curious kids in the city's old district of Bells. He is about to find out that nothing in his beloved city is what it seems. About Jethro G Swift

Jethro G. Swift was born some time ago in a city far away. The earth continued to revolve. As he grew, in girth as well as height and age, there was a vague amount of travel around the planet with his family. This was a grand experience which he didn't appreciate enough at the time. He did some school and education before giving that up as a bad idea. He doesn't recommend this course of action to anyone. Then he went out into the adult world and did some jobs and stuff. Pretty much like everyone else. At the time of writing this, he was sitting at his PC in his house in Leicester (that's somewhere near the middle of England, United Kingdom), feeling a bit silly.show more
