Edward John "Goat" Anderson (January 13, 1880 - March 15, 1923) was an American professional baseball outfielder with the Pittsburgh Pirates of Major League Baseball. He played one season with the Pirates in 1907. The 27-year-old rookie batted left-handed and threw right-handed. The 1907 Pirates finished second in the National League with a 91-63 record, 17 games behind the pennant-winning Chicago Cubs.
