About Patricia Blasingame

Patricia Blasingame is a Certified Gluten Practitioner and has been involved in Natural Health since 1996. Since then she co-hosted a radio health talk show, wrote a weekly health column for the community newspaper, wrote a vegetarian recipe book, has spoken for large and small groups in the United States and Canada on a variety of health topics, and written articles for a major health food and supplement company; The AIM Companies. She also wrote a ninety-three-page syllabus on the "Ten Rules of Health" and taught on the subject at San Jacinto College, which developed into a six-week vegetarian cooking class. Several health professionals have included the "Ten Rules of Health" in their curriculums. Patricia currently teaches gluten-free cooking classes which are also corn-free, dairy-free, sugar-free and animal fat-free, along with a four week set of lessons on how eliminating these foods can repair the endocrine and digestive system, allowing the whole body to heal in an amazing way.
