It is not my intention to give you any detailed account of the mode of tummg; that I have no doubt ou have got fiom your respective teachers already. But I beg eave to give you a few remarks on a point respecting which practitioners are not agreed, namely, whether both feet, or on] one foot, or the knee of the child, should be brought down in e delivery.
