George Alvin "Bingo" Binks (July 11, 1914 - November 13, 2010[1]) was an outfielder in Major League Baseball, playing mainly as a right fielder for three different teams between 1944 and 1948. Listed at 6'0," 175 lb., he batted and threw left-handed. He was born in Chicago, Illinois. Binks reached the majors in 1944 with the Washington Senators, spending three years with them before moving to the Philadelphia Athletics (1947-1948) and St. Louis Browns (1948).
