Geoffrey Palmer (born January 17, 1980 in Wakefield, Massachusetts, United States) is an American pop-punk musician from Portsmouth, New Hampshire best known for his participation in The Queers, The Nobodys and The Guts where he performs under the pseudonym Geoff Useless. Sometimes called the "hardest working man in pop punk" with The Queers, he has played bass and provided backing vocals, with The Guts and The Nobodys; guitar and vocals. Among these bands he has also lent his support talents to Ben Weasel of Screeching Weasel and Kurt Baker of The Leftovers. Most recently Geoff has started a folk punk solo project with other musicians around Portsmouth called The Geoff Useless (Band) which has created quite a buzz with their debut album "Don't Stop" on Livid more
