In this letter the Secretary calls our attention to the fact that all police officers of this State are authorized and required to enforce the provisions of this law, and insists that the officers of the Game Commission do their duty in this particular. Section 3 of the Dog Law prescribes who shall be called police officers, and this definition includes Game Protectors.
