Gabriel Preil ( August 21, 1911, Tartu (Yuryev), Estonia, Russian Empire - June 5, 1993, Jerusalem, Israel) was an Estonian-born Jewish poet who wrote in Hebrew and Yiddish. He was the last of the modern Hebrew poets of the Haskala movement. The critic Yael Feldman has done significant work on Preil, focusing on the Yiddish influences in his Hebrew poetry.
