About Shawn Syms
Shawn Syms is an author and critic living in Toronto. His fiction, essays, poems, journalism have appeared in the National Post, the Globe and Mail, Canadian Literature, The Literary Review of Canada and many others. His fiction has been shortlisted for numerous writing awards including the prestigious Writers' Trust of Canada/McClelland & Stewart Journey Prize.
