About John Ellis

About the authors Richard Gordon was head of MFL at the Dragon School, Oxford for over a decade, and was an IAPS MFL coordinator, running residential and refresher courses. He then took over as Chief Setter of the French Common Academic Scholarship and 13+ Common Entrance examinations before becoming Head of Town Close House, Norwich. John Ellis worked for many years as a teacher of French and Classics at the Dragon School, Oxford, and is responsible for this latest version of French Vocabulary for Key Stage 3 and Common Entrance.
